Our Happiness Guarantee (Intimate Wellness Products)

Products: Vaginal Glides, Starter Kits, and Applicator Refills

Due to the intimate nature of these products, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges once they have left our facility. This ensures every item you receive is fresh, safe, and uncompromising in quality.

However, we want you to love your ritual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee. If gina is not the right fit for you, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@getgina.com. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No physical return of intimate products is required.

Lifestyle Accessories
Products: The Pouch and The Travel Case

We provide a 10-day return window for our lifestyle accessories. To be eligible for a return, the accessory must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all accessory returns.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for eligible accessory returns.

How to Initiate a Request

To start a refund request for a wellness product or a return for an accessory, please contact us at support@getgina.com.

  • For Accessories: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • For Wellness Products: Once your request is processed, your refund will be issued immediately without the need to ship the product back.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@getgina.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once a refund is approved (either via our Happiness Guarantee or after the inspection of a returned accessory), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
