It’s naturally nourishing, hydrating, and made without the use of hormones. What we leave out matters as much as what we put in. Instructions for Use:


Before use, chill box (foil side up) in fridge for approximately 60 minutes to fully solidify to solid white. Dispense within 3 minutes after removal from fridge or freezer.

Air pockets may form during shipping. You may gently warm the blister pack until the glides are melted and liquified. Once melted, place the gina glide blister pack with the foil side up in your refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until fully chilled and solid.

Insert up to 3x per week before bedtime or intercourse for ongoing hydration.


1. Empty bladder, clean area, and wash hands.

2. Separate a single chilled glide, wait 3 minutes and then peel back foil.

3. Squeeze to pop out glide onto a clean surface.

4. Insert while lying on back, with knees raised.

5. Wait 3 minutes, or until fully melted.

If new to vaginal care or experiencing extreme dryness, start with finger or finger-cot insertion for greater comfort. Transition to the applicator once hydration improves.
